Ma Fest is an international music festival presenting a diverse scene of contemporary original creative music and is organized by Ma Records. This new platform for original jazz, experimental and improvised music supports a community of active young Czech musicians working in Prague and Brno around the renowned Hybrid jam sessions, music schools HAMU and JAMU, or diverse projects such as the Prague Music Performance orchestra. The aim of the publishing house is to unite the Czech experimental jazz music scene and thus enable its more effective presentation abroad. In just two years of operation, already 17 titles have been published.
